From 2019 to 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Univeristy of Education and Viettel Solutions have cooperated to organize online training through the Viettel LMS (Learning Management System) software for nearly 9,000 core teachers and 234,000 general teachers, accounting for nearly 30% of the total number of secondary school teachers in the country. This is the largest group of core teachers in the country trained by HCMUE and comes from various regions in 19 Southern provinces, including: mountainous areas, remote areas, teachers from ethnic minorities, etc.

Specially, all user data, training materials, etc. on the system are operated by Viettel's IT engineers, ensuring absolute security. The system has a large architectural infrastructure, owned by Viettel; therefore, the entire ongoing training program is operated and implemented smoothly with a large number of students accessing simultaneously.
